Chef Roloff is a certified red seal chef and a member of the Canadian Federation of Chef’s and strongly believes in using only top quality fresh ingredients locally sourced and prepared with the respect they deserve, taking the traditional and adding a twist to create something new and exciting.  

With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry Chef Roloff is dedicated to all his clients both large and small to ensure every detail is looked after in a professional and timely manner. The Seasoned Chef caters to all size events from corporate events and galas to private in home dinners to the large bash in the local community hall. We can customize menus and make arrangements for all your special needs and requests from a full serviced event to a drop and go party.

Chef Roloff has had the privilege to cater for such celebrities as Pam Tillis, Prairie Oyster, and Andrea Martin and would be equally privileged to be selected as your next caterer. 

Our Chef is an avid cyclist and has teamed up with a our insurance  provider to create a cycling team to support two wonderful causes that effect the lives of everyday Albertans - We will be joining both charities in 2025 by "cycling together to make a difference" The first being the MS Ride for Multiple Sclerosis, The second is the Enbridge Tour of Alberta for Cancer - A portion of all sales will go to sponsoring our Chef with his fundraising efforts.  To donate to one or both causes please follow the links - Every dollar counts towards finding cures and ending these diseases.
